All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case purchasers will receive a full refund.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from The Commentary. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

Arrival time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class or event. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and refunds will not be issued for missed classes.

Photography and recording are permitted for personal use only. Commercial use of photos or videos taken during our events requires written permission.

Participants must disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during cooking classes and events.

All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors.

Event cancellation by us: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.

Participant cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may receive a credit for future events. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and teaching materials, is the property of The Commentary and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

The Commentary is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during our events. Participants assume all risks associated with participating in cooking classes and events.
