Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and there is already a lot of love going around at The Commentary. (Love of food, that is!) We recently hosted our Inaugural Cooking Class at our Ballston restaurant and are pleased to report that it was a complete success!On February 8th, attendees joined The Commentary's culinary team to learn how to make tasty treats for Valentine's Day. In addition to ganache for chocolate dipped strawberries, guests also dipped French Madeleines and crafted a custom cocktail to go with it. The energy in the room during the class was contagious and it was clear that every person had a wonderful time from start to finish.
